Will this item fit me?

Every vintage garment is different so we provide the exact measurements of each piece listed. We advise you to carefully check our measurements and compare your own measurements or clothes to check whether an item is right for you. For additional queries regarding any of our listed items, just get in touch and we will be happy to provide any further information wherever possible.


What condition is this item in?

Whilst vintage clothing will almost always have be pre worn, each piece differs according to age, functionality and condition, so we inspect, grade and describe each individual item accordingly. Here is our condition guide:

Can I return a purchase?


Yes you can return items for a full refund within 14 days of the date you receive the item, for purchases within The U.K. We will accept worldwide purchase returns within 21 days of the date you received them. We cannot reimburse postage costs to the original delivery destination. We are happy to offer a full refund, as long as items are returned in the same condition as you received them. Once this is confirmed we aim to refund you within 3 working days, confirmed by email.


How do I return an item?

Firstly, please click on the contact us link to let us know you would like to return an item, so that we can begin to arrange the returns process with you. We will then email you our returns address and as soon as we have the return and it is checked, we will reimburse you.



Are your online listings available to try on?

Yes-if you can visit our Durham store, we can arrange a fitting with you at a mutually convenient date and time. We can't hold online items for you, or guarantee any of our online items won't be sold before you have this opportunity, so we advise you to contact and visit us as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Our store team will be on hand to assist when you visit.



I have an item to sell. Do you buy vintage items for your shop/ online store directly?

Whilst we appreciate the interest we get, and we can advise your best options with a selling query, we currently have no plans to purchase directly as our dedicated buyers source all our pieces for us. We do have an excellent selection of items in stock and we are more than happy to assist with any 'searching for' queries you have. Do get in touch to with any looking for/ item requests you have, as you never know, we may very well have that very something you want!
