We offer a range of delivery options to our customers to ensure a safe and secure service.

U.K Delivery :

• Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed with Royal Mail-signed for service
• Next business day delivery with Royal Mail Tracked 24
• Standard delivery within 2 business days with Royal Mail Tracked 48

European Destinations:

• Standard tracked delivery to Europe within 3 to 5 business days via Royal Mail International

Worldwide outside of European countries:

• Standard tracked delivery within 6 to 8 business days via Royal Mail International
• Additional import tariffs may apply to worldwide delivery, and may vary depending on the destination's customs rules.
• We use international tariff codes when required to do so, and we do not add any duty fees into your postage costs.
• Please check information on import duties and tariffs for your destination.

• We carefully package delivery items to ensure your order arrives safely and on time wherever you are.

Collect in Store

• Collect any online orders in person at our Durham store, located here. Just select the free 'pick up' option at checkout.
